Dovetail Room

The Dovetail room has a very comfortable pine king bed and an three piece ensuite bathroom with a half rounded shower and heated tile floor.

The view from this room is astonishing! You are looking over a bluff down onto the village and east over the valley to the mountain peaks, where you might admire an 'incredible sunrise' if you are awake at the right time. This could be your 'romantic getaway' or where you would want to spend your honeymoon!

The room is located on the entry level of the B&B and share a kitchenette with dining area for your convenience. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker and more. You can rent both rooms ( Dovetail and Hummingbird ) as a self contained suite with or without breakfast.

If you step out the backdoor you are accessing our newly built deck, from where you will have amazing views in any direction and yet enough privacy. "Take out "or "order in" delicious homemade cooking from the local restaurants, bring a bottle of wine and enjoy romantic summer nights outside, truly a paradise for sky and birdwatchers. 

Hummingbird Room 

The hummingbird room has a multipurpose use. It has two single beds that can be turned into a comfortable king bed. There is room for a rollaway bed as well to sleep a third person. The three piece ensuite bathroom has a shower with bathtub.

From the window you are looking over our deck with future hot tub at the trees where you can watch Hummingbirds and Blue Jays nesting and feeding. You can also get a glimpse of Mt.Currie and the valley.

Lovebird Suite

Our Lovebird Suite is the perfect get-away for a romantic time, your honeymoon, an anniversary, a special surprise, a birthday celebration, or just to spoil yourself!

You will step into the two toned periwinkle room with lots of view windows, onto your own private deck, that will make you feel as if you are on the top of the WORLD! With the town of Pemberton and the Meadows below you, and a variety of incredible mountain ranges surrounding you, this might be one of the moments you won't forget.

The furnishings in pine with elegant country decor will be putting you into a relaxing mood and romance might capture you. But wait until you walk into the big bathroom with the jetted tub in the bay window that overlooks all of Pemberton and part of Mount Currie! The elegant bathroom with heated tile floor and ceramic tile also boasts a separate two person shower and double sinks, with the mountains in the background reflecting in the big mirror.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 either in the dining room or weather permitting on our covered deck overlooking the Pemberton Valley and up to the surrounding mountains.

One of Margit's many hobbies is cooking and she loves to be creative with it.
As Pemberton offers wonderful climate to grow fruit and vegetables,  the summer keeps her busy preparing wonderful jams and sauces from farm fresh raspberries, strawberries and plums. For the main course Margit uses mostly organic products and herbs from her own garden along with fresh eggs from Happy Hens (Free range)

Your morning will start with serious coffee or freshly brewed tea along with a homemade fruit muesli or a fruit plate and a daily changing yoghurt. While you are busy enjoying your first course we will prepare your main course, which depending on the menu, also might include homemade bread,
croissants and delightful jams.

Some of the main course specialties are:

• Baked Pioneer Omelette

• The Pemberton Egg in the Nest

• Smoked Salmon Omelette

• French Toast with Cinnamon-Plum sauce

• Peach or Banana Pancakes with Maple Syrup

• Veggie scramble and European sausages
